From January to December, the Turin calendar of events is a succession of art, culture, cinema and music initiatives and shows. Festivals, concerts, fairs, exhibitions and numerous displays all follow in from one another : the Biennial Festival of Young Artists (GioArt), the Book Fair, the Automobile Show, Torino Film Festival, Torino Danza, the Salone del Gusto and many other attractions for all tastes and all ages. July : Festival Jazz International September : Settembre Musica transforms the city into a huge stage for one month Christmas period (from mid-November to January) : Luci d'Artista, where contemporary major artists light up the city with their works, creating an open air gallery.   Source : Turismo Torino
